A wrap is a thin, high-quality vinyl film that is professionally applied over painted or high-gloss surfaces to change their colour and finish.

Our mission
In 2020 we discovered vinyl wrap and paint protection films. Wrap offered the ability to temporarily change the colour and finish of almost anything, and PPF introduced a beneficial way to protect paint. Inspired by the intimate bespoke experiences we had unlocked, we dreamed of a world where any car could feel uniquely personal, an experience usually reserved for someone purchasing a supercar from a high-end manufacturer. At MDBS, every project is our way of sharing that dream: a passion to let you tell your story on the road, making every drive a little more extraordinary.

What is vinyl wrap?
Think of wrap as a giant sticker which allows you to change the colour of things. There are thousands of colours and finishes available today from a variety of manufacturers.
Why does it exist?
Before wrap was invented, if you wanted to change the colour of something it had to be painted. Paint is permanent whereas wrap is removable.
How long does it last?
Most major manufacturers have tested wrap to have a durability of 7 to 12 years. However, it becomes increasingly difficult to remove as time goes on. We recommend removal after 3 to 4 years.
Does it protect my paint?
Wrap will only slightly protect the surface underneath from minor scratches and other things like bird droppings. Consider PPF (paint protection film) if protection is your main priority.
How long does it take?
It depends on the complexity of the project; most can be completed in 1 to 3 days.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed cost for a wrap because every project is built to the specifications of the owner. If you'd like to know more, request a free consultation.
